Happy to share that alumnus Scott Hynes, Pharm.D., Ph.D. (2000, PharmD) and his wife Kathleen made a generous commitment to University of Iowa College of Pharmacy which will establish the Scott and Kathleen Hynes Pharmacy Scholarship to benefit deserving pharmacy students. 

Scott is a distinguished leader in clinical pharmacology, having served in multiple leadership roles and earning awards for his impact on oncology research. Currently Scott is the Vice President and Head of Clinical Pharmacology at SpringWorks Therapeutics. 

In addition, Scott is a licensed pharmacist in Michigan and Indiana, and he is an active member of AAPS and ASCPT and has mentored numerous PharmD students during industrial rotations. His commitment to service extends beyond the profession, including international volunteer work in Peru.
