AI is everywhere. AI intrudes the area of writing. 

◆ Some people use AI to polish their writing - the product is like a person with make-up (still you); 

◆ Some people let AI do substantial portion of the writing for them - the product is like a person after plastic surgery (barely you); 

◆ Some people use AI to write everything for them - the product is like a substitute/surrogate (NOT you). 

I am not in the position to judge others. But for my work, so far, I haven't let AI touch any of my writing, and I have no plan to use it on my writing in the future as I just want to be myself, and I also want my writing to be truly itself.
