Blog

Our website was launched on August 15, 2025. One bonus of having a lab website is that I finally have a space that I can use as a blog. This is the place that I post revision history of my books, bits and pieces behind the scenes, and interesting stories (at least to me). Lab news and announcement will be provided via LinkedIn and Twitter. So, this section is purely An's corner.

A special dinner

Friday, November 21, 2025
Had a special and lovely dinner early this week with two giants in the PK/PD field – Dr. Peter Veng-Pedersen and Dr. Leslie Benet. It is inspiring to see Dr. Benet, at age of 88, is still actively engaging in research and teaching. I asked him what's the secret to keep him so energetic, and I was stunned - he runs 2-3 times a week, and about 2.2 miles every time!
